ZSFJ-C型高速全自动压边纹复卷机采用先进的PLC电脑编程技术、变频调速、配置有触摸式多画面人机界面操作系统。整机采用伺服电机控制，运行速度快，噪音小，产量高。

主要特点:

1、全自动纸管更换装置,不需人工穿纸管,完成复卷后自动送出成品,立即复位复卷,在1分钟内可随意调节任何一种规格的纸管.

2、复卷成型后自动送出系统,采用机械臂推料的技术能顺利送出成品,推出成品直径50mm;

3.自动修边、喷胶、封口同步一次完成，该装置替代传统水线修边，实现国外流行的修边粘尾技术,成品留有10~18mm的纸尾,方便启用,减少普通复卷机制作时纸尾的损耗,从而降低产品本;

4、采用先进的PLC编程技术,成品在复卷过程中实现先紧后松多级不同的松紧度,解决成品因长时间储存纸芯松离的现象;

5、原纸监控系统,在高速运转的过程中对原纸实时监控,确保设备正常运转；

6、无芯卷纸成型复卷系统,改变了以往抽芯复卷的传统工艺,达到实心的效果,降低人工成本,使成品更加美观；

Main features：
